I submitted a chapter to a new textbook on Business Ethics edited by Peter Kissick from Queens School of Business called Business Ethics: Concepts, Cases, and Canadian Perspectives.
Here is the publisher’s website for the book, which was just released.
My Chapter deals with the ethics of global business, and includes some labour examples. It is one of the two free sample chapters available for viewing on the publisher’s website. Check it out here. It explores issues such as whether a Canadian business should be held to “Canadian values” when operating abroad, or whether it is acceptable and more appropriate to adopt the value system of the host country.
