Thanks to Morley Gunderson, Anil Verma, Laurel Sefton, the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at the University of Toronto and the awards selection committee for choosing me as this year’s Morley Gunderson Prize winner. The ceremony was last Thursday, followed by a really interesting talk by Don Drummond of the TD Bank exploring how demographics are shaping the changing Canadian workplace and what challenges for public policy those changes represent. Don’s presentation report is here.
