The Supreme Court will tell us this Thursday whether it is granting leave to hear the appeal of the Ontario government of the Ontario Court of Appeal’s decision in Fraser v. Ontario. I have described that decision in an earlier post. The case is an important one in the ongoing evolution of the scope of freedom of association in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. I will post the decision when it comes.
