Thanks very much to the judges (Simon Fodden, Steve Matthews, and Jordan Furlong) for recognizing the work I do here, and to the readers who nominated me this year.
The 2011 Canadian Law Blog Awards were published today. Here is the write up. My little blog was recognized again as the Best Law School/Law Professor blog this year, in a tie with McGill’s Legal Frontiers: McGill’s Blog on International Law. That Blog has some serious graphics. I wish I could do that, but I don’t know how. And congrats to all of the law bloggers in Canada who continue to advance this great new forum for sharing ideas. Special note to my fellow bloggers in employment and labour law who the Clawbie judges rightly recognized this year, including Lisa Stam’s Employment and Human Rights Law in Canada and Youth and Work.
Now it’s time to gear up for 2012, which promises to be an interesting one in labour and employment law. Happy New Year!
