Roy Adams has organized a very interesting conference on the scope of ‘freedom of association’ in Canada and under international law, to be held at the University of Saskatchewan School of Law in Saskatoon on February 25-27. Here is the information on the conference. There is a nice mix of academics and leading Canadian practitioners, which should make for an entertaining and lively debate.
Roy presently holds the Ariel Sallows Chair in Human Rights at the School of Law.
