I’ll be in London and Cambridge all week for the British Society of Legal Scholars annual conference. This may cut down on my bogging and response time to emails. I’ll be thinking of you all while sipping my pint near the canals, and catching up with some old friends and professors from my days at the London School of Economics. The paper I’m presenting is a much revised version of one I presented last year in Quebec City called “Decentring Labour Law“. That earlier draft was reviewed recently on Jotwell by Professor Mike Zimmer of Loyola Law School in Chicago. I received a lot of feedback on the earlier draft, and have incorporated a lot of changes for the new version.
For my undergrad students in Employment Law and Industrial Relations, classes will start the week of September 12th. Check out your course websites by hitting the links to the left under Current Course Blogs. I will back in time for the start of the Masters of Human Resource Management course on Workplace Law and Policy.
Cheers, David
