I won’t be blogging much this week, because I’m hanging by the beach in Honolulu at the annual meetings of the Law and Society Association. I’m on a panel with my good friend Cindy Estlund from NYU Law School, Michael Fischl from Connecticut, Marley Weiss from Maryland, and Jianyong Lia from Shanghai. I’m discussing a project I’m working on looking at how risk regulation can be used to motivate changes in supply chain management processes in order to improve labour practices.
Supply chain management as labour law.
If you’re in Honolulu, give me a buzz. We can meet for a Kona. Aloha.
