What the Heck is Decentred Labour Law, anyhow?

The CRIMT/Canadian Industrial Relations Association conference in Quebec City begins Wednesday.  Here is the website and program.
Looks like a great line up of Canadian and international industrial relations and labour law scholars.  I am a great panel with Professor Harry Arthurs (Osgoode Hall Law School),  Kerry Rittich (U. of Toronto Law School), and Cynthia Estlund (NYU Law School)–three very important labour and employment law scholars … and me!  Are topic is Decentred Labour Law. Actually, the panel is spending much of its allotted time discussing my draft paper entitled–strangely enough- “Decentring Labour Law”.   So I am both very honoured to have these three folks discussing my paper and also a little nervous to have these three folks discussing my paper in a public forum.  But it should be fun.
