Finally done my two undergrad courses, two Masters’ courses, and one Ph.D seminar.  Quite a term.  Now it’s time to start marking all the essays sitting on my desk.  I like to finish off the calendar year with a look back at the blog entries with the most hits over the year.
This list covers only new blog entries from the calendar year 2011, and not older entries that continue to get regular hits.  Here’s what caught the attention of readers of this blog in 2011:
10. Links to Free Labour Law Scholarship
9. Is the NBA Lockout Illegal in Canada?
8. The Canada Post Back to Work Legislation
7.The Ongoing TTC ‘Essential Services” Debate
6. The Government’s Activist Role in Air Canada Bargaining
5. Real Pleadings: Sex Discrimination Case Against Oslers
4.Starbucks Comes to York: Is it Violating the Human Rights Code?
3. Do Corporate Tax Cuts Create Jobs?
2. Bill 138: The HR Police are Coming to Get Ya!
And the number one most read blog entry of 2011:
1. Moxies: Where Uglies Need Not Apply?
Have a great break.
See you in 2012, a year that promises to be another interesting one, with work stoppages in the City of Toronto, no doubt more activist interventions in collective bargaining by the Federal Conservatives, and perhaps even some interesting new Charter decisions the further confuse and obfuscate the meaning of “freedom of association”.
Salutations.
