25,000 Hits and Counting…

Doorey’s Workplace Law Blog reached and surpassed 25,000 hits today!  Thanks to all of you who have taken a read over the past few months.
I started this blog in April 2008 to increase interest and awareness in employment and labour law and industrial relations issues among my students at York and elsewhere.   I think that, judging by the amount of comments and feedback I receive, I have had some success in this regard.   I am heartened to see new student blogs on employment and labour law emerging in the past few months.  Thank you as well to all of the non-students out there who have made insightful and helpful comments along the way.
This really is an interesting time for this subject and for practitioners in the field of labour and employment law, industrial relations, and human resource management.   Thanks for checking in with me.   Cheers, David
