I had a fun drawing up comics for The Law of Work text literally on paper napkins, sending my sketch to an artist and watching these beauts appear!

For Employment Law students, does a contract term saying a worker is an "independent contractor" mean they are not an "employee"?

I like Horwath, but voters tuned her out two elections ago. Situation was prime for an NDP ascent this time with a fresh and more charismatic leader. Lost opportunity IMO.
