Toyota and Canadian Layoffs

I did a post a while back dealing with the “no layoff policy” of Toyota, and I asked Toyota workers in Canada to let me know how the system works in Canada.  I have received a large number of comments, and I thank all of you who wrote.  If you hit the “Comments” link on the left of the earlier post, you will see a long conversation between Toyota workers that is really quite interesting.
