This Blog is Under Construction

I’m excited to say that the third and final part of my book The Law of Work is nearing completion.  That part deals with The Collective Bargaining Regime.
The book including the other two regimes–Common Law and Regulatory Standards–was published last year and is already being widely used at colleges and universities across the country.  The final instalment on collective bargaining law and industrial relations should be out late fall.
As I crunch to get the book out (while performing ally regular work duties), I’m taking a break from blogging.  Once the book is out, this blog will return with regular posts that supplement the book.
Be sure to check out the book.  It’s the only law book in Canada that explores in depth and in readable prose all three of the regimes of work law, while also explaining how they interact with one another to create a highly complex system of rules that govern The Law of Work.
