The New School of Human Resource Management is Born!

York’s Senate approved this afternoon a new School of Human Resource Management at York, which will officially come into existence next July (I think).   That means that the HR faculty (including yours truly), will be leaving the School of Administrative Studies in Atkinson, to join the new SHRM that will be housed inside the new Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies.   The new School of Human Resource Management will be the largest such specialized professional school in the country.    Monica Belcourt will be the School’s first Director.
