I”m taking a break for a week doing some work-related travelling. Note that the Fraser v. Ontario case is being argued on December 17th before the Supreme Court of Canada. Here’s my summary of that case, which will involve another visitation by the Court on the ongoing evolution of Section 2(d) of the Charter (Freedom of Association). Presumably, it will be some time before the decision is released. Ciao
