Panel Discussion on the Right to Strike – March 18th

The Osgoode Hall Labour & Employment Law Society is hosting a panel this Wednesday at 4:40 p.m. at Osgoode on an interesting topic percolating in labour law:  Does the BC Health Services decision suggest that there is now a constitutional right to strike?  I have discussed the basis for the argument that it does before.
