Fraser v. Ontario To Be Heard in December

The Supreme Court of Canada has scheduled December 17, 2009 as the date it will hear the appeal from the decision of the Ontario Court of Appeal in the Fraser v. Ontario.  That is the case in which Justice Winkler ruled that Section 2(d) [freedom of association] was violated by the Ontario Agricultural Employees Protection Act.  I have described that case before.
