The Human Rights Code Can be Tricky. Here’s a test.


We’re in the home stretch of my Employment Law course at York and we are looking at the Human Rights Code and how it applies to the employment setting.  To help my class prepare for the final exam, I posted a few practice questions.  The purpose of the exercise is to get students to think about the structure of the Code, and to learn distinguish lawful from unlawful discrimination.
