Howard Hampton Joins Fasken Martineau

Former Attorney-General of Ontario and Leader of the Ontario New Democratic Party, and hard-headed right winger on my weekend
hockey game, Howard Hampton has joined Toronto law firm Fasken Martineau.

Hampton gives Fasken’s a serious trio of political power with ties to all three national political parties, including Guy Giorno, former Chief of State to Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Ontario Premier Mike Harris, and Alfred Apps, head of the Federal Liberal Party.  Makes for some interesting conversation at firm functions.

Fasken also houses a highly skilled labour and employment law department that represents employers in all matters of the law.   O, and it also houses my lovely spouse in the Intellectual Property department, so send her your IP and patent work… we have two hungry children and a hamster to feed.
